Kami is currently pursuing her AA at Gavilan College, in order to begin her studies in Interior Design at West Valley College. She has always had a love for design, interiors, and fashion. As a child, she wanted to be a fashion designer, but with time, she realized her heart belonged to interiors.

Prior to working at Design Matters, she believed the field was mainly about choosing furniture and décor. She has now learned that the importance of a beautifully designed space lies in the base material.  Kami loves to help people and feels this field allows one to do just that. She says, “Design can change how a person feels in a space, and I want to create spaces that make people feel amazing.”

When Kami is not working, you can find her reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
